Shipping Policy

Dear Beloved Customer,

During this Raya peak season and in addition of the MCO, NH Prima International Sdn. Bhd. would like to reassure that our order processing operation is still taking place with minimal manpower during this period. Do expect some delay in your order delivery.
Raya Delivery Cut-off (Domestic & International):
1. Kindly place your order before 12PM, 13th May 2020, for us to process & ship latest by 18th May 2020. All orders that are made after the cutoff date/time will be processed only after the Hari Raya celebrations/1st June 2020.
2. All return/exchange will be processed after 1st June 2020. Be sure to submit any return request immediately upon receiving your parcel for record purposes.
3. Please be informed that our customer service hotline will be shut down during this period & Raya off-days. If you have any questions, kindly reach us at our email customerservice@nhprima.com.my.
Last but not least, please take an extra miles precaution to keep yourselves safe and healthy during this season. We will try our best to make sure that our services still giving you a pleasant experience.



How long does delivery take?

3-5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
5-6 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak.

What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

You must ensure you will be available to accept delivery at the Delivery Address on the delivery date as agreed between you and Naelofar.com. If you are not available and re-delivery is required, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery. Where re-delivery is required because you were not available at the agreed time, you consent to paying additional Delivery Fees as required by the Delivery Agent.
